Food Box and Delivery Schedule For Clients

Clients can retrieve food care packages at the meeting time and locations listed below. If you will not be home due to a Doctor’s appointment, please let us know if we can leave it with a neighbor, or on your front porch.

If you are scheduled to be at BCR for treatment on your scheduled day, you will receive your food box at our facility.

Behavioral Crossroads works with the FDA Food and Drug Administration Food Grant Program. Eligible clients must meet the federal guidelines for Medicaid assistance to receive this service.
