The Case and Management Program (CAMP) offered by Behavioral Crossroads Recovery provides a safe, judgment-free environment to justice involved individuals and those suffering from substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health issues who have fallen through every social safety net. Our team of experts ensure clients get comprehensive mental health and integrated substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation, and extensive case management.
How does the Case and Management program work?

Case Managers help clients with substance use disorders find affordable housing, assist with housing applications and sober living housing based on their assessments. CAMP also provides daily on-site Mental Health Groups designed for clients with co-occurring issues. Case managers connect clients with the following professional external services:
· Doctors
· Childcare for under school age children
· Psychiatrist/Psychologist
· Legal Services
· Parenting classes
· Medicaid taxi & shuttle services for clients in wheelchairs and clients who need transportation to medical appointments

Clients in need are provided with clothing and connected with food banks and agencies that provide meals on weekends

We connect struggling clients with in-patient treatment and after-hours tele-health treatment services
